A waffle cafe on Yates
Wonderffle is a brunch and dessert cafe on the corner of Yates and Broad in downtown Victoria, in the former Wild Coffee space. It opened in 2024 and is built around the Liege waffle, the caramelised, pearl-sugar style from Belgium, served mini so you can mix flavours.
The menu runs both ways: sweet waffles piled with fresh fruit and cream for dessert, and savoury brunch plates and bennies that use waffles in place of toast. The cafe describes it as comfort and indulgence, made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
